Car and Moped Parking*

Our in-closet electronic safes can be used to protect your laptop, iPod, important papers, credit cards, cash, and more. Interior dimensions are 10" x 19" x 15" with a center mount shelf.

Highlander has contracted with ResTech Services to bring you a custom DirecTV package that includes all local stations, HBO, Big Ten Network, HGTV, Comedy Central, ESPN, and more. Click here for the channel line-up. Service is delivered to your living room only.

DirecTV Package UPGRADE
Add DVR, HD, premium channels, sports packages and more by ordering upgrades through ResTech Services and DirecTV. All upgrades require you to maintain your base package through Highlander. Protect Your Things - Renters Insurance
Give yourself peace of mind! Highlander residents are required to carry renters insurance. Some homeowner policies don't cover theft and water damage: this policy does.

All of the Preferred Vendors listed here will work with you directly to establish service and handle billing. Each company will outline their terms when service is established.

You will not be invoiced for any recurring monthly payments. Payment is due when you pay your monthly rent (advance, one-time payments for all months of service are permitted). All Add-On Feature terms are assumed to be equal to the length of the lease. DirecTV service may be shared by all roommates, but will be charged to the account of, and be treated as the sole responsibility of, the single individual that ordered the service. Services will be discontinued if there is an outstanding balance. DirecTV and safe rental may be cancelled with 30-days written notice. Sorry, no partial refunds.
